Drought Conditions Worsen...
With limited precipitation occurring across California over the past several weeks, the drought conditions have continued to expand and worsen throughout the state. Last year if you remember, was a banner year for heavy rainfall and snowfall across the Sierra, especially from late winter through spring. Learn more here...

Deep-Watering in Progress
The HOA has been advised to deep water the trees around the property, so please do not move or turn off the hoses if you see the water running. If you would like to volunteer to move the hoses, please contact Westcom Management.
